Live today
Google Calendar
LiveAvailability follows your real schedule, and bookings land on it.
- Your busy time is checked live on every availability and booking check. It is never cached.
- Booked jobs are added to your calendar as events. Reschedules and cancels update the event.
- If Google cannot be reached, the agent does not guess. It offers to take a message instead.
- Only a refresh token is stored, and it is encrypted at rest.
Where: Settings, then Calendar, then Connect Google Calendar (account owners).
Built-in calendar
LiveNo calendar tool? Appointments live in Ringwise.
- Every booked job shows up under Visits, with the day, time, address and the issue.
- You can mark a visit Done or Cancel it from the same screen.
- Slot length, buffer between jobs, minimum notice and how far ahead callers can book are your settings.
Where: Visits tab. Booking rules are under Settings.
Phone numbers and call forwarding
LiveA local number for your agent, with calls forwarded from the line you already use.
- During setup you search by area code and choose a local number. Numbers are provisioned through Telnyx.
- You forward calls from your current line to that number: no answer, busy, after hours, or everything.
- With live routing on, emergencies and callers who ask for a person ring your on-call or office numbers; whoever presses 1 gets the call.
- We do not port your existing number. You keep it and forward from it.
Where: Setup, step 10, Phone number.
Forwarding your numberPublic REST API and signed webhooks
LivePull calls, appointments and messages into your own tools, or get told the moment something happens.
- Read-only endpoints for calls (with transcripts), appointments, messages and your business profile.
- Bearer keys that are shown once and can be revoked. 120 requests per minute per key.
- Webhooks for call.completed, appointment.booked, appointment.cancelled and emergency.flagged.
- Each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 (Rw-Signature). Endpoints must be public HTTPS.
Where: More, then Developers (account owners).
API documentationEmail summaries and alerts
LiveAfter a call, you get the result by email.
- A call summary with a link to open the call. The caller's number is masked in the email.
- A separate urgent alert for emergencies, with the callback number and address when the caller gave them.
- A new-message email when someone leaves a message.
Where: Sent to the account owners.
Text messages
Live, per accountBooking confirmations and one reminder, by text.
- Only to callers who gave their number during the call, from your own number.
- One confirmation and one reminder before the visit. STOP, START and HELP are handled automatically.
- US carrier registration (10DLC) has to be approved first, so texting is off by default and switched on per account.
- Until it is on, confirmations go by email only.
Where: Nothing to set up on your side. We switch it on once registration is approved.
Texts and opt-out keywordsPlanned, not built
Field-service software connections are on our roadmap as a premium feature. None of them exist today, and we will not take bookings into these tools until they do. Today, your calendar is Google Calendar or the built-in calendar.

Things people ask about that we have not built
- Porting your existing number
- You forward calls to your Ringwise number instead.
- Outbound AI calls
- Not offered. Outbound AI calling needs consent capture and legal review first.
- Single sign-on and two-factor sign-in
- Sign-in is email and password for now.
- Multiple locations under one account
- One business profile per account today.
