YOUR INBOX
Reading call summaries and the Inbox
What each screen in the portal shows, and how to follow up on a call.
The portal has four tabs: Inbox, Calls, Visits and More.
Inbox
The line at the top shows the last 30 days: calls answered, jobs booked, estimated revenue, emergencies and missed calls. The revenue figure is an estimate that uses a fixed average job value, not your actual sales.
- Needs you. Open emergencies first, then messages. Press Call back to ring the caller, and Mark handled when you are done.
- Booked. Calls that ended in a booked job.
- All. Every call.
Calls
A list of calls. Use the filter row to show only one outcome, such as booked or emergency. Open a call to see the Summary, any Appointment, Message or Emergency it produced, and the full Transcript, including what the agent looked up.
Caller phone numbers are partly hidden in the Inbox and in call summary emails.
Visits
Upcoming appointments with day, time, address and issue. Press Done when the visit is complete, or Cancel. Past and cancelled visits are listed below.
Emails
After each call, the account owners get a summary email with an Open the call button. Emergencies get a separate urgent email, and messages get a new-message email.
Common questions
Why is a caller's number partly hidden?
We mask caller numbers in the Inbox and in call summary emails as a privacy default. Press Call back to ring the caller. Urgent alerts and new-message emails include the callback number.
